Wow!!

Hi Everyone,

In the silly trivia department, I spent a weekend with my kids recently, and while we were flipping through magazines, they came upon an article, in a very respectable magazine actually, about how much DJ’s make. My kids asked me to guess, with a smug look on their faces, and I threw out some numbers. No, they hooted, try again. So I did. So finally got to about $100,000, a year, thinking that was a lot, and the kids screamed with laughter. Try again…..I nearly fell out of my seat when they read the numbers off to me. The top DJ in the world (whose name they recognized and I didn’t) makes 20 million dollars a year!!! Yes, that was TWENTY MILLION. Now, wait a minute…how is that possible? They read down the list, and one of the other really successful ones makes thirteen million. I gulped. Holy Sh–!! That’s amazing!! And they don’t play every night. They are sought out for very special events obviously, and they work frequently but not all the time. I still can’t get over it, $20 million, that’s as much or more than some major rock stars, probably more than a lot of movie stars, and waaaaayyyyyy more than a lot of very respectable professions. That really seems like a modern day phenomenon that a DJ, who plays music at parties makes that kind of money. My kids weren’t surprised at all, and have known those figures for a while.

I just had to share that with you, because I thought it was amazing and very impressive…..so now we all know, if our careers and jobs tank, we had better learn how to DJ. And I’m sure there is an art to it, I just never realized how well they were paid. So that’s my bit of trivia for today.

love, danielle

With an old school CD player in hand, your books have accompanied me on my daily walks over the past few months. Currently reading “Legacy”, I too have been researching my family genealogy over the past year. Feeling driven by these family voices from the past, I too have stalled around 1850. My Great, Great Grandmother (maiden name of Von Rippon) was born in Germany and came to America in the 1840’s as a married woman. Her father is French and I know nothing of her mother. I’ve been wondering where to go next in my research and am ecstatic that your book not only validates all the time and energy I have invested in this process but shares some very helpful historical information and research tools that I look forward to using. Believe it or not, my Great, Great Grandmother looks Native American and we have a family wedding veil made of brussels lace believed to have come from the court of Marie Antoinette! Thanks so much for sharing your gift…from one very appreciative consumer! Tiny

Oh man. If my dreams of becoming an author don’t pan out then I will definitely consider becoming a DJ. Seriously. 🙂

I used to read your books regularly. I loved reading them because there was always a happy ending. About two months ago I bought HAPPY BIRTHDAY and just last night, I started reading it.

When I came to the part where your character Valerie goes to a psychic every year for her birthday, that was it for me. The only thing I did find out towards the end of the book because I looked was that Valerie and Jack never got married. And I have the utmost respect for marriage, romance and great sex.

I am a born-again Christian and Messianic as well. I deeply love Father God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. They have loved me and done so much for me. I am truly grateful to Them.

I am 59 years old and have not been with a man since 2003. The Lord has kept me and yes, I would love a husband, a man who loves me and I love who is everything I need and desire in a man.

But I will not spit in the face of my Lord and Father God just to get a night in bed with a man. It is not worth it.

I was set free from the occult/fortunetelling, drugs, tobacco, fornication, drunkenness and loose and using men!

There is nothing and no one worth losing my salvation and spending eternity with Jesus Christ in Heaven.

IF you look at everything that is going on in America and around the world, you must see that something is about to happen that could destroy or change our way of life as we know it unless we turn back to GOD who is our only hope.

Do you know what chemtrails are? If not, do a search, please.

Mrs. Steel, now is the time for you to come to know the LORD Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord. Jesus Christ loves you, died for you and will forgive you of your sins as HE has done for me.

Please don’t wait until it’s too late.

I wanted to be a great writer like you, but now, I want to be a great writer who writes Christian romance, fiction, preaching and even a screenplay for a movie.

A Christian writer may write about occultic things that people do, BUT…there would always be the truth about it and people would help rescue someone from it, pray for a person, tell someone about Jesus and there would be a happy ending, including marriage if people were in love.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY” glorifies sin, including the curse words. I won’t even finish reading it..I can’t. Sorry.

I wanted to share the truth with you. Please get a King James Bible and read the New Testament. It will change your life. THE BIBLE IS ACTUALLY A LOVE LETTER FROM GOD TO ALL OF US CALLING US TO COME BACK TO HIM.

We are living in the last days before Jesus comes. Please don’t take a chance that you won’t go to Heaven. It is a real place that is absolutely magnificent.

May the Lord Jesus CHRIST bless you and make HIMSELF real to you beyond a shadow of a doubt, so you can know HIM as your Savior, Lord and Friend.

    With love,
    Monique

PS. You can write and tell me how you feel.
